OVE Energietechnik (Power Engineering)

OVE Energietechnik (Power Engineering) is a professional association within the OVE that brings together representatives of energy companies, the electrical industry, science and authorities.
Its activities extend to the entire field of electrical power engineering, and it maintains contact with scientific societies in Austria and abroad that are engaged in similar fields.

OVE Energietechnik addresses technical, scientific and social issues related to electrical power engineering, thus promoting their scientific and technical progress advancement. With lectures, conferences and scientific publications, OVE Energietechnik supports the professional development of engineers and scientists working in this field.

OVE Energietechnik Tagungen (Power Engineering conferences)

The OVE Energietechnik Tagung is considered the annual highlight of the power engineering industry. International experts present their innovative concepts and discuss current topics there. Particularly encouraging: The share of participating students among the approximately 200 annual attendants has been on the rise.

CIGRE/CIRED

CIGRE stands for the international forum in the field of electrical energy production, transmission and distribution. It brings together experts from the areas of planning and development, construction, operation and service.
